Inaugural ECV Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Highlights

Last evening, we held our Inaugural ECV Athletics Hall of Fame induction ceremony in our very own Sports Complex.  Over 200 former Braves and Brave supporters from the 1950s to present were in attendance.  I was humbled by the amount of ECV pride that filled the room.  Along with inspirational speeches from our inductees, Daryl Priest surprised us all by donating $100,000 to ECV athletics.  Incredible moment.  We are thrilled to begin this special tradition and continue to induct ECV student-athletes every year, while bringing together our entire ECV community to celebrate.

Sincere thanks goes out to several who made this night possible.  Thank you to Kim Roldan for her attention to detail and willingness to do whatever necessary to capture our vision.  Christine Baptista for leading a flawless group of her restaurant pathway students throughout the evening while they set up for dinner, served, cleaned and really demonstrated true professionalism with a smile. Tony Martin, Ted Brinks, Richard Strange, and crew, for dedicating their time to ensure the event was perfectly set up. Jonni Kertson and Juliana Snow for handling many detail oriented requests throughout the last several months of planning. Laura Conshafter for developing a classy evening program.  Cheryl George and Tammy Ullsperger for their time greeting and checking in our guests. Clifton Thomas for handling "day of" request details that made a big difference.  Yes, it was truly a team effort!

Go Braves!
