El Cajon Valley High School has the largest AVID program in the Grossmont Union High School District with 15 AVID elective sections offered for the 2009-2010 school year. We are also a National Demonstration School because of our outstanding AVID program. We are proud to say that AVID has become part of the school's culture in terms of the AVID methodologies being used in all content areas.
