El Cajon Valley High School Guidance Department is committed to providing a comprehensive counseling and guidance program as a vehicle to assist students. Our goal is to implement a proactive and preventative program that supports student achievement in the areas of academic, career, personal and social development. Our mission is to support and inspire the success of the whole student.

7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday

Counselors and Academic Advisors are available for students on a drop in basis before school, during lunch and after school or by filling out a request form. Parents may make an appointment to see their Counselor or Academic Advisor by contacting the counseling secretary at (619) 401-4740.
